The first company of Edifice Groupe, Edifice Properties Sàrl, was founded in 2016. Its original field of activity focuses on expertise in real estate valuation, real estate brokerage, and more specifically, the off-plan marketing of real estate projects.

Through the various companies of the Group, we now master the entire value chain of a real estate development project, from its study to the delivery of the building, including execution and sales. The vertical integration of the upstream and downstream links of this chain enables us to achieve optimal management of financial and operational risks.

The future success or failure of a project is already determined in the early stages of its planning. And the devil is in the details of this process!

To ensure the economic viability of an operation, we place particular importance, starting from the feasibility study and preliminary design phase, on working closely with the architect to reconcile architectural quality and the functionality of the living spaces with their typology and size.

Nicolas Veyrat is the founder and managing partner of Edifice Properties Sàrl, the first company of Edifice Group to have been founded.

Real estate being a family affair for him, he began his career as a sales manager at a prominent agency. There, he trained several brokers who are now active in renowned real estate agencies or running their own businesses, with great success.

During his 13 years of activity in the industry, he managed 241 transactions with a total sales volume of CHF 150,746,000 in a market primarily covering the Vaud Riviera, the Lausanne metropolitan area, and northern Vaud. Building on this experience, he gradually specialized in high-value land brokerage, regulated for large-scale housing development projects, offering tailored services to his financial partners.

Naturally, he gradually shifted towards overseeing and marketing real estate developments.

We distinguish ourselves through continuous support of the buyer throughout all stages of the acquisition process, and even well beyond the purchase itself. Up to the purchase, we ensure proper coordination between the notary and the financing institution. During the execution phase, we facilitate the triangular relationship between the buyer, the client manager at the construction company, and the financing institution, all the way to the delivery.

We emphasize the quality of communication materials and marketing tools to help buyers visualize their future home realistically and optimize sales. We adhere to the recommendations of the Swiss Union of Real Estate Professionals (USPI) in the preparation of our sales files.

Xavier Ayer is the co-founder of Edifice Constructeurs SA.

He began his career with an apprenticeship as a mason in 2010. Filled with ambition, he climbed the ranks year after year, eventually becoming a Civil Engineering and Building Team Leader, and in 2013, a Technician in charge of Structural Works.

Passionate about construction and determined to progress in this field, he decided to undertake a higher education program as a Civil Engineering and Building Technician at IFAGE, which he successfully completed in 2018.

From the start of his training until today, he has excelled in his work as a Project Manager, Construction Director, and successfully managed the construction of several buildings, including the largest nursing home in the northern Vaud region.
